1. Introduction
Welcome to Al-Muhafiz Trackers (Private) Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
We are a PTA-licensed vehicle tracking service provider in Pakistan.
By downloading, installing, or using this application and related services, you (“User”, “Customer”, or “Subscriber”)
agree to these Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy (“Agreement”).
If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use of our services.
⚠️ Age Restriction: Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older.
By using this application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
🔒 Ownership Notice: All vehicle trackers and related sensors
(including but not limited to fuel monitoring devices, door/window breach detectors, dashcams, and cameras)
remain the exclusive property of Al-Muhafiz Trackers (Private) Limited,
unless specifically sold to the User under a separate written agreement.
Unauthorized tampering, modification, or removal is strictly prohibited.
2. Service Description
- Real-time tracking, monitoring, and history playback
- SMS and robocall/IVR alerts (with consent)
- Ignition on/off status and SOS alerts
- Remote engine cut-off (where applicable)
- Value-added services and packages (as offered from time to time)
- Service availability depends on network, GPS coverage, and technical conditions
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration details (CNIC, mobile number, vehicle details)
- Keep login credentials secure and confidential
- Do not use services for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activities
- Do not repair, modify, tamper with, or attempt to alter the vehicle tracker device or any connected sensor
- Unauthorized modifications may result in suspension/termination of services and legal action
- Installation, removal, or servicing of the tracker and its accessories must only be performed by company-authorized electricians or mechanics. Any unauthorized installation, tampering, or modification will void the warranty, may result in suspension/termination of services, and could lead to legal action in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Charges, Billing & Payments
- All service charges and renewals will be communicated clearly in advance (no hidden charges)
- Payments must only be made directly into the official company bank account, or through an authorized dealer/agent
- The User must obtain a computerized receipt/slip as proof of payment
- Payments without official receipts or made to unauthorized persons will be considered invalid
- Refunds will be processed as per PTA’s guidelines:
- Non-provision of service/coverage issues → within 10–15 days
- Misleading statements or billing errors → within 7 days
- Quality/fault/disruption issues → within 48 hours
- Other consumer complaints (verification, packages, misuse, etc.) → within 2–7 days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only
5. Privacy Policy (Data Collection & Use)
5.1 Data We Collect
- Name, CNIC, mobile number, vehicle details (signup)
- GPS location data of your vehicle
- Device and app usage information
- Communication logs (alerts, SMS, robocalls)
5.2 How We Use Data
- To deliver tracking, alerts, and safety features
- To send notifications, SMS, and robocalls (with your explicit consent)
- To improve service performance
- To comply with PTA regulations and lawful requests
5.3 Data Sharing
- We do not sell personal data
- Data may be shared only with:
- Law enforcement/PTA when legally required
- Licensed service partners (SIM operators, hosting providers) for service delivery
5.4 Data Protection
- Encrypted transmission and secure servers
- Restricted internal access
- Data retained only as long as necessary for regulatory or service requirements
5.5 User Rights
- Access, correct, or request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for robocalls, SMS, or notifications at any time by contacting us
6. Robocall & Notification Consent
In compliance with Regulation 2 of the Protection from Spam, Unsolicited, Fraudulent and Obnoxious Communication Regulations (2009, amended 2022/2023):

- In-app notifications
- SMS alerts
- Automated calls/robocalls/IVR messages for safety, billing, and service updates
You may withdraw this consent anytime by:
7. Complaint Handling & Resolution
- Billing, refunds, verification issues → resolved within 2–7 working days
- Faults, disruptions, misuse of service → resolved within 24–48 hours

8. Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate service if:
- Payments are overdue
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal usage is detected
- Required by PTA or any government authority
9. Advertising & Communication
- We follow PTA’s Code of Commercial Practice
- No unfair or misleading advertisements will be made
- Marketing may be done via electronic, print, SMS, and digital platforms
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control,
including natural disasters, strikes, vandalism, network outages, or government actions.
11. Governing Laws
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, including:
- Pakistan Telecommunication (Re-organization) Act, 1996
- Telecom Consumer Protection Regulations, 2009 (as amended)
- Protection from Spam Regulations, 2009 (as amended 2022/23)
- PTA directions and license conditions
12. Use of Third-Party Services
Our application uses third-party services for functionality, including but not limited to:
