1. Introduction & Safety Notice

  • Our tracking services are intended for users 18 years and older. By using our system, you confirm you meet this requirement.
  • No unauthorized repairs or modifications should be made to the tracking device or connected sensors (fuel, SOS, ignition, etc.). Tampering may void warranty and result in service suspension.
  • Payments must be made only to Al-Muhafiz Trackers official bank account or through authorized dealers. Always obtain a computerized receipt.
  • Do not share login details with unauthorized persons. Keep your account secure at all times.
  • Only company-authorized electricians or mechanics are permitted to install or remove the tracker and its accessories.

2. App Setup

  1. Download & Install: Get the Al-Muhafiz Trackers app from the official app store or company website.
  2. Login: Enter your registered mobile number / username and password provided at activation.
  3. Live Tracking: View real-time location of your vehicle on the map (Google Maps API enabled).
  4. History Playback: Review past routes, ignition status, and alerts for up to 90 days (depending on package).
  5. Alerts: Receive push notifications, SMS, and robocalls for ignition ON/OFF, SOS, door/window breach, or fuel consumption updates.
  6. Engine Cut-Off: Where supported, you can remotely disable or enable the vehicle engine from within the app.

3. Service Usage

  • Subscription Renewal: Service charges and renewal reminders will be sent via SMS, notification, or robocall in advance.
  • Payment Methods:
    • Official company bank account
    • Authorized dealer/agent (with receipt)
  • Value-Added Features: Real-time fuel monitoring, door/window breach alerts, dashcam integration, and more may be included in selected packages.

4. Troubleshooting

  • Device not responding: Check Is GSM Networks are working in your are, power connection, and ignition wiring. Use Restart Command if required.
  • SIM not working: Ensure GSM  network is normal and SMS/call/GPRS services enabled of Mobile operators(JAZZ,ZONG,TELENOR,UFONE).
  • GPS weak/no signal: Park vehicle in open area away from tall buildings or metal structures. Avoid underground parking.
  • No alerts received: Check notification settings in app and verify you granted permission for SMS/robocalls during signup.
  • Engine cut-off not working: Ensure relay wiring is correct and vehicle is compatible with remote shutdown feature.
